Staff is very experienced and friendly unlike the big lumber stores.
Customer service is ridiculous staff was unhelpful and really mean 2 times in a row. Staff even said cutting a few slices of wood can take over 24 hours. Also staff should not tell people to not come to the store anymore (for reference it was Brian). Anyways I don't really ever want to come back to such disrespectful staff. Staff starting to yell at the customer is just so mean. The location looks nice but the stuff is not respectful!
The new store is great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. A couple of old fella's who work there look grumpy, but they are not. It's a top notch place for advice and they can do almost anything with their wood. It's a really good place to buy paint and the young lady that works in the paint department is friendly and knows her stuff. Prices are very competitive and these guys are pros... unlike the big box stores.

A great store that is newly renovated. Lots of amazing exotic hardwoods. Very helpful employees.
