I just purchased a brand new 16 gauge Brad nailer today with new Brad nails. On the 3rd shot, the nail shot out the side. I went back four hours after I purchased it and they told me it was my fault and they could fix it for $150. I have been working construction for over 20 years and am not unfamiliar with using these tools.
