I’ve been here a half dozen times between work and my own projects. At each turn the staff have been approachable or even checked in with me when I looked like a lost puppy. If you're looking for specialized wood, this is the place to go; although the inventory may not sell too quickly so you might have to leave with nothing. Besides that, you need to ensure you're not being overcharged. I have been charged the incorrect price on multiple occasions; by new or inexperienced staff! And it appears there are a few new staff now; as of Fall, 2025.
Had an amazing experience today getting assistance from Alex, Josh, and Tyson. Alex essentially helped me design, budget, and select the products for me to assemble my own desk based on my personal vision and goals. Excellent communication and exemplary customer service going above and beyond. Josh and Tyson also helped to steer me in the right direction and advised on their current product offerings and stock while providing pricing support.
