If you're looking for specialized wood, this is the place to go; although the inventory may not sell too quickly so you might have to leave with nothing. Besides that, you need to ensure you're not being overcharged. I have been charged the incorrect price on multiple occasions; by new or inexperienced staff! And it appears there are a few new staff now; as of Fall, 2025.
Had an amazing experience today getting assistance from Alex, Josh, and Tyson. Alex essentially helped me design, budget, and select the products for me to assemble my own desk based on my personal vision and goals. Excellent communication and exemplary customer service going above and beyond. Josh and Tyson also helped to steer me in the right direction and advised on their current product offerings and stock while providing pricing support. Excellent customer service! Such a treat to call a store, ask for a product and receive all the info you could ever need, pricing, what they offer to help you get it home, etc. Very inpressed and will happily swing by again soon. Just bought some plywood today for a bat house and the folks were super happy to assist and tell me all about why the chosen plywood was a good fit for outdoor use. The owner of this place is very unprofessional. We had purchased some wood by the length and he charged us more than the length we recieved. When we pointed this out and tried to get a refund on the difference, he refused. We won't be going back here again.
