I’ve been here a half dozen times between work and my own projects. At each turn the staff have been approachable or even checked in with me when I looked like a lost puppy. If you're looking for specialized wood, this is the place to go; although the inventory may not sell too quickly so you might have to leave with nothing. Besides that, you need to ensure you're not being overcharged. I have been charged the incorrect price on multiple occasions; by new or inexperienced staff! And it appears there are a few new staff now; as of Fall, 2025.
