I purchased landscape ties yesterday. Someone was to come and help me load. No one showed. I am72 ,female,and 120 lbs. loaded all 18 alone. Not impressed
Terrible experience at this Winsor Plywood location. Staff were not helpful and the place is a MESS. We finally found the door, and upon entering, staff ignored us, passing by to get to where ever they were going until one said, "this is the order desk" which made us feel we had made some sort of mistake and were not welcome. We asked for the warehouse to find baseboards and they sent us outside to some seacans with no baseboard in sight. Not at all helpful. If you don't want customers, just post a sign. I came here to get some offcuts to restore my chicken house. One of the guys was really helpful and assisted me and my son with this and gave us a discounted price. It worked out great and saved a few bucks. My friend who is a contractor recommends me to them. I would recommend also.
I love this store however the staff are a bit cold and often seem to resent answering questions. When I learned that a product from their website wasn’t available at this particular location, the staff couldn’t even tell me which locations carry it. Instead, they suggested I call around. I drove a far distance.
