Excellent customer service!! Bryan and Matt are extremely helpful and knowledgable. They answered all my questions (phone and email) I had when working with Osmo Top Oil. I sent pictures and Bryan helped determine what type of wood I was working with. The end result was incredible. Highly recommend this location and the staff.

Great service from start to finish. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the delivery was quick and efficient. They even ordered in more product for me when they ran out to make sure everything matched in quality. It saved me a lot of hassle from purchasing from multiple stores and will help ensure that my projects go smoothly.
Purchased some casings for our home reno project but they didn't have a lot in stock so we got some to start and they said they'd order in more- Came back a couple weeks later only to find out they didn't even order anymore. Hoping they order them in at some point so we can finish our project.
Not one person asked if I needed assistance. Terrible customer service. Ready to buy but left with nothing.
