I recently purchased some composite boards to finish my deck. I could not be more complimentary of the service from all the staff, especially Jenny McClelland. It is a refreshing change compared to other building suppliers.
This location has one of the best staff members that our business has encountered! We were in desperate need of supplies, and despite calling near their closing time, Cody kindly agreed to wait for over 20 minutes past closing until we arrived. He was so forthcoming and helpful, like nothing we have seen! We were so grateful for his help, especially considering the only Lee Valley in the area refused to wait.

It doesn't matter which Windsor Plywood I've gone to they're always friendly and willing to answer all your questions. As always excellent service and they had just what I needed.
We stopped in to pick up a few sheets of beadboard for a home Reno project. I have not been in a friendlier welcoming business in years. The staff were excellent and everyone their seemed like a big happy family. We will be back for sure. We took our dachshund Crosley with us and he was treated so nicely as well.
