I called in to get a price on white Oak. Got a bunch of excuses about how I can’t get a price and how they might have it and I could come down to take a look if I want. What a waste of my time didn’t get any answers and I still don’t know if they have it or what it would even cost if they did have it. Start hiring men again
Extremely disappointed in the service provided by Windsor plywood. Brought in a deck board sample that we asked to be replicated (rounded edges, and planed to be the same thickness) not only did it take 3 weeks to very after being quoted 3-4 days, but they also took the short cut and didn’t match the rounded edge of our board provided to them and didn’t even make the board the same thickness. I would just like to say Windsor Plywood in Red Deer AB is pretty awesome. I purchased doors through these guys and I'm so impressed with the quality and workmanship that I received. I had the jambs and doors milled there. My installation went perfectly. Ryan is super knowledgeable about what I should do for finishing and trim work. Their prices are competitive, but you can't put a price on quality. I recommend everyone should shop at Windsor.......I know that I will again In the future. Thanks guys
