The doctor was nice and kind but the receptionist was rude. She provided misleading information and because of that i had to travel for 6 hours to and from GTA to Windsor, only for the doctor to tell me i don't do ohip.
I came from Calgary Alberta I had a carpal tunnel release surgery 15 days ago. Progressing well. Dr. Neissen and his nurse very nice respectful and professional. I would recommend.
I stopped in at Dr. Niessens office today as I was in the building and had a couple of questions. I found the receptionist very close to being rude. I feel a receptionist should reflect the office on a whole because she is the first one you have contact with. Have some compassion for the patient as they could be dealing with severe pain. I wouldn't go to the office just for the hell of it. I have severe carpal tunnel pain in both hands.
Had a cyst removed from my chest and he left multiple stitches in after he had supposedly removed them.
