We moved into Windsor Place Apartments in May. Everyone Seemed really Pleasant, and Friendly!! (Couldn't figure out the Reviews We had Read Previously ???.) When we came to check them out, We found the Answer. AMANDA, explained that these Apartments were now Under NEW Management (KEO MANAGEMENT, LLC ) ALL THESE TEAM Members Work Together to get things done! Terrible establishment they threw away all my stuff in my home when I wasn’t in the city to go to court they didn’t try and reach out o I can get my stuff or anything worst communicating slumlords I’ve ever encountered myself with.
My girlfriend and I have been living at Windsor Place for going on two years now and we absolutely love it! There’s not a maintenance request that doesn’t get answered quickly and Stacey is ALWAYS super helpful anytime we need to talk to her or have questions! We will more than likely be releasing for a third year! Super excited to grow more at Windsor Place! Edit— I will NEVER recommend Windsor Place or KEO management or Town Properties to ANYBODY. The place is very cool , spacious and close to shops and major roads and highway. I love the greenery and landscaping. The management responds to tenants very quickly in all situation. Thank you Emmanuel! the property manager I encountered responded to my request with maintenance and other issues promptly. I will rent with them again after my military training. I recommend KEO management!!!!
Hi all, I lived at Windsor place for over 2 years and I honestly have to say, it is a beautiful building. The updated apartments are nice. However, with management, the levels vary. Windsor was under Towne properties for most of the 2 years we were there, and we went through maybe 4 different property managers (Tia, Melissa, Cameron, I remember at least 3). Besides the constant fire alarms going off and lack of pool, the only concern we had for about the first year and a half was that rent was 1600$ before the late fee that ... read more
