I was in apartment search for last two month, then I met Mariah King at Windsor! She did convenience me to go with her, and won our heart! She showed perfect care every time I inquired, even she made the onboarding journey even more easily and amazing. I took this apartment for her excellent service. Big shout out to Mariah King, the best Property Manager I have seen here.
Tours, visits, and living in the apartment is swell. Management has done a great job ensuring quality and communication are their top priority for all tenants. I have personally never had a problem with management and if issues did arise, they were surely dealt with swiftly. I recommended these apartments to those who are looking to save money and still feel comfortable within the space.
Great place to live and great management team. They are very helpful and easy to communicate with!
I admit that I decided NOT to call Windsor Place Apartments. I lived in other places and did not want to take anymore chances. I needed to se it in person! That's how and when I met Mariah! I was anxious to get these pieces of information and see her reactions. Still I needed more info the situation to make more sense. Windsor Place is now under KED Management, LLC.
