0 stars! 4 days to wait for prescription and the lady who I spoke to on the phone didn’t even understand what I was asking. I asked for expedited pre authorization and she told me to pay $1000 for my prescription if I don’t want to wait. Today I was told that I “chose” delivery between 9am and 10pm. Excuse me? That’s what I was told I had to do. I wasn’t offered a choice.
It’s always a hassle filling or refilling a prescription here. Long phone waits, misinformation, long waits for deliveries. For me there is no point in using Windsor. My local CVS is more convenient, efficient and overall easier to deal with. Going forward, my dermatologist is going to transmit prescriptions to the pharmacy of my choice or he’ll be replaced.
During the Feb 9th blizzard, they still delivered between 3 and 5 PM. Crazy. Never expected them to come ,because we live out in Riverhead. THANK YOU WINDSOR & I hope the driver got back home safely with their vehicle.
