The building has Cockroaches everywhere. They don't even have proper wheelchair access. Only one elevator and never works. They don't want to do regular maintenance in any of the apartments because they want you to move out so they can jack up the rent. Can't keep the building clean. Rude management. Never have proper water. Won't pay for proper snow removal, always huge snow banks at the end of the driveway Would not recommend metcap living at all. Absolutely gorgeous area
Don't even think of renting from Metcap company. I have lived in this building for more than 3 years. Everything was fine with the previous property management (Paramount Company). From the day that management changed, everything became worse. They started renovations and now the cockroaches are everywhere in my unit. They don't even bother themselves to fix the problem after 2 months. Even the most straightforwardmaintenance request takes forever to get addressed. Had to install replacement toilet in one unit, subfloor had to be replaced as well.
Had an old refrigerator in my unit when I moved in that had a freezer that wouldn't freeze properly and there was a shelf missing. I asked for a replacement and was told they would give me one when " one was available". Four years later, none were available in that time slot??? Now the temperature inside varies from 50-60 F. The freezer won't even make ice cubes.
