If I could give negative 5 stars I would. There isn’t even any neutral comments to be made. Management is rude and unresponsive, if they recently bought your apartment building make sure they send you a copy of your lease that they have on file. They feel it is acceptable to not have a plumber look at a leak until +72h after it’s been reported.
Good location.
The building has Cockroaches everywhere. They don't even have proper wheelchair access. Only one elevator and never works. They don't want to do regular maintenance in any of the apartments because they want you to move out so they can jack up the rent. Can't keep the building clean. Rude management. Never have proper water. Won't pay for proper snow removal, always huge snow banks at the end of the driveway Would not recommend metcap living at all.
