Can’t even get ahold of them on the phone right now. Goes to a busy signal and hangs up. How is a pharmacy inaccessible? It was also a huge pain to get my prescriptions transferred here and they even told me they didn’t have my meds for me when I went to pick them up. I had to ask to speak to the pharmacist and she finally found them. Incompetence.
Staff is kind and ready to fix mistakes. But, make sure you count your pills/ watch your liquid prescriptions. I was supposed to get seizure meds for my son, it said they filled 240 but only received 40 pills?!!? This isnt the first time either. They constantly try to scam on refills. Saying they gave them when I was given less. Even with my kids ammox antibiotic. They couldn't even finish the correct amount of days because they didn't give the right amount of it.
I don’t want to even give them 1 star, worst experience not just one time several times, I got sick because they never told about the other medication that I have to take, and when I told them about it, they said yeah we found it, staff needs to get fired, they need new staff, because they are just short staff it doesn’t mean they can take advantage of it that they can’t get fired, worst customer service, I just have to there again and again because it’s the nearest to me.
I'm shocked by these 1 star reviews. This has been my pharmacy for 30 years and I've had only amazing service here. Today I had a challenging ask on 2 accounts and they made it happen. 5 stars every visit.
Adding to my orignal review from 1 year ago: Seriously the WORST customer service. After waiting on hold for 15 mins, im in a rush, so i call on a 2nd phone to see if they just forgot about me. Another 10 mins go by. Woman answers asking if im someone else, I say "no". "Oh keep holding." 30 seconds later she answers the 2nd phone im on asking the same thing, I say "no but I've been on hold 25 mins and I need to order a prescription."
