Adding to my orignal review from 1 year ago: Seriously the WORST customer service. After waiting on hold for 15 mins, im in a rush, so i call on a 2nd phone to see if they just forgot about me. Another 10 mins go by. Woman answers asking if im someone else, I say "no". "Oh keep holding." 30 seconds later she answers the 2nd phone im on asking the same thing, I say "no but I've been on hold 25 mins and I need to order a prescription." She says "i have 4 other people on hold, but what do you need." I tell her my name and what ... read more
Great experience every time I go. Never had trouble getting prescriptions in a timely manner. Courteous friendly staff
