Adding, once again, to my ongoing review of the terrible staff: My drs office sent my new presciptiom 3 times before you finally "received" it. You said I'd get a text once it was ready for pick up. 3 days go by, still no text, so i call. Get put on hold for 8 mins only for the person to pick up, say "please hold," again, the proceed to hang up on me. Called again, got hung up on again. Called again. Finally a woman answers. Terribly slow, very unhelpful and not enough staff to manage it.

Staff have to learn how to manage traffic on both calls and on site customers; phone calls are left unanswered or put on hold for more than 30 minutes.

I won't be going back. Horrible! I fell hurt my leg and no xrays was requested and the doctor said its not broken. And to come back in a week or two. I go back with massive amount of pain.. looked touched my leg and said not broken. That day I took myself to pan am clinic . They were shock how swollen my leg was and no xrays was requested. The great doctor did their diligence and I got xrays to find out. I have TWO fractures! And was in disbelief that this horrible doctor let me walk on my broken leg for two weeks!!
