The Office clerk, didn't know we had an appointment. They changed our due date to rent a ready place. Looks like they have a lot of work undone.
Lori, the lease director, made my whirlwind move-in so stress-free. She showed us the apartment, we went back to her office, signed the lease, and I was handed my keys and moved in the very next day. She made sure to let me know if I needed anything or she could have any assistance, to let her know. The maintenance staff has also been great. My Dear Mom... a Loving, Caring Senior had several concerns that were addressed and rectified in a very courteous, professional and timely manner. Really good customer service! We are greatful for all your support & efforts. This new management team is worthy of acknowledgement. They keep the grounds up... nice, safe environment to call home. We definitely recommend living here. Thanks again!
This is a great place to live. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. The leasing office personnel are helpful (even after I moved out). Highly recommend
My car was stolen outside of my apartment on the first two weeks that I moved here and then when I got my rental car, the rental car was towed. The experience of moving into this apartment has been so upsetting and so disappointing.its cost me so much to move into this place and now I’ve dealt with unprecedented experiences with my car. My visitor pass was expired by five hours and they towed me. I regret moving here and I would leave in a heartbeat. DONT DO IT
