Windsor Park is a low-income apartments really good place for the price and close to everything such is shopping center, Bart, Costco and parks. management specially Janet Hernandez she is really friendly and nice lady over all this place is a good place for living. I recommend it for everyone
Good place for living, really good price, well maintenance, good management, good neighborhood and safety
Worst apartments I ever lived in. Manager doesn’t change anything from carpet to AC unit. My heater wasn’t worked ever since I moved in that was 5 years ago.
