I understand all units are different. Sadly, I got a poorly kept one. It was my family of 6. (2adults, 1 teen and 3 littles) the decor was cute, but the shower curtains were dirty and had the pink mildew build up. The whole unit smelled musty and the kids immediately were disgusted by it.
8132 Fan palm way. Just home from Windsor palms. Been a few time now and enjoy the resort. Great location however the homes and grounds are starting to show there age and are a little tired. We stayed in 8123. We requested and paid for a heated pool, but mid week we spoke to the pool guy and he confirmed it was not heated. Emailed owner with no reply, so $250 given and no heated pool. We did not use the hot tud as the lid was broken and the side panels where broken and screws sticking out. Safety issue.. the house was clean ... read more
