I never seen more disrespectful service. On the phone and in person. The receptionist is just horrible. Manager was nice but the fact they are fine with how rude the receptionist is acting is very strange. There is many other pain clinics in windsor. Make sure not to go to this one as long as they don’t change that receptionist or train her

Just got off the phone with the HORRIBLE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DISGUSTING, did I already day HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST at this pathetic Pain Clinic. They won't return your phone call. They'll give you an attitude when you point out how they can't even return the call. Rude, rude, rude. Talk over you, under you.. Anything to cause you a problem. Health "CARE" Canada at its finest. Don't worry woman, I'll spread the word everywhere I can how terrible this place is. Don't like it? Do something about it.
Nurses been so rude and rough with my parents, they refuse to give my mum her treatment and cick her and my dad out and closed the door and window , just because they don’t have someone speaks English with them even while they have our cousin on the phone as an interpreter, and When my mum asked Dr. Hafezz Bazzi for help he didn’t care and left her in pain and facing all the rude things that all the nurses been doing emotionally
