We have been very happy with Windsor, we placed my mom at the end of the year and it was the hardest decision we made. Rosa, Sonya and all the staff have made our transition as easy and helpful as possible. They have made themselves available to us as much as possible. My mom is well taken care of (of course not a 1-1 ratio which is impossible) but we have seen a huge difference and improvement in her. WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. This place is dangerous. The staff are unprofessional, neglectful, and injuries are routinely covered up and labeled as “accidents.” I fear for the safety of every person under their care. If your loved one is here, check on them often and investigate everything. They are NOT safe. Im praying for the safety of every resident still inside.
