Love all the ladies at Windsor Nails and Spa! Never disappointed. I go see Tina who is awesome and always makes me feel well taken care of and so pretty, but I know I’d be in great hands with any one of them! Thank you ladies for all you do!
Was okay but felt rushed, which makes me anxious. End result was decent.
I came in for acrylic nails today. Came in a different time and had great service with Tina but today it was awful. The lady who did my nails was quite rude. She was not happy when I asked her for shorter nails when she was cutting them. Rude remarks like “are you happy now??” when painting my nails. She kept digging her nails into my nail bed over and over to the point that now they’re sore any time I touch anything. Just overall not very kind to a paying customer. Worst nail salon in Windsor. I had previous gel polish on my nails that needed removal. The girl who did my nails used the drill to get off all of my nail polish - it burnt so badly. She then soaked my nails in a bowl of hot water for about two minutes and then barely cut off any cuticles. I asked for a square shape, and she barely even filed them into a square. They were uneven and lopsided. She quickly put on the polish messily on my nails. I was then left under the lamp to cure for over 10 minutes….I was there for a total... read more
