I purchased a demo car earlier in the year unfortunately there have been a lot of issues with the car & it has spent most of the time at Windsor auto group service centre. In saying that I have found Jody to be very professional, courteous and helpful when dealing with the issues. I have also found he service team that I have dealt with to be respectful & understanding.
Literally the worst customer service ever. No clear communication and impossible to get in touch with the service team, they are the absolute worst. I have called multiple times for updates on my car that’s currently with them for service. I get told I will receive a call and I never do so I call them myself and they say they can’t get in touch with the advisor to get an update and note down my number to call me back. I wish if i can give zero stars to windsor auto group service team. Firstly, they have lost my outlander service log book thereafter they forgot to order my car faulty radio. It took almost three months to order the part under warranty. On the other hand service team looks like they don't want to work there. I have booked my MG car service today and no one seems to care. This is not first time happen to me there. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will rather go the other service centre.
Appalling service – avoid at all costs! We purchased a brand new car from Windsor Auto Group on 3rd March, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare since day one. The car has had the same mechanical issue FOUR times in less than three months. For a brand-new vehicle, this is completely unacceptable.
