Booked my car here for a service, I’ve had issues with them before. However I had no other choices to take my car. Still the same slow and service is not great
Terrible service, no one knows what’s going on there. Purchased a vehicle 14 plus weeks ago. Dealers were unable to demonstrate most features of the car due to them not being trained in the car yet. Why are they selling a car before actually learning the car themselves? Needed new keys as both were faulty- sent emails, numerous phone calls and no one can give an answers. I purchased my mg 2 years ago have not had a problem with anything since I did purchase the clipped assist package which I used today to fix a chip in my windscreen and and I can highly recommend them for your. Next new car purchase
Their service booking system and customer service is awful! I booked service online and had two booking confirmation and reminder emails as evidence. Went there and only found booking didn't exist because there was an additional confirmation not manually done by their employee. So email confirmation was just a joke! I was treated as walk-in customer and advised near whole day waiting time. When I mentioned courtesy car I requested, I was told I had to pay $66 for it!
