The receptionist really needs to listen to what patients want first. I asked her for a family doctor available right now, and she told me I could ask for Dr. Williams, but then she called me out and assigned me a different doctor who wasn't even taking patients, and that doctor told me to come back tomorrow. Worst service
I brought my 5-year-old in for a swollen stye that had clearly worsened. Our regular doctor at this clinic is usually great, but this was a new doctor who recently came out of retirement from Alberta. He dismissed the visit quickly and made me feel like I was overreacting. He refused antibiotics and said it would resolve on its own — fine, that’s his medical judgment — but the way it was handled felt dismissive.
