Very disappointing experience at this clinic. The receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When patients come in, they are often already feeling unwell and the last thing they need is to be treated with disrespect. A friendly and professional attitude should be the bare minimum in healthcare. Management seriously needs to reconsider who they have at the front desk and hire someone who is courteous and approachable.
I thought receptionist was very polite and knowledgeable and the doctor was polite, professional and knowledgeable very good experience for me
DELAYED DELAY 1 hour & 5mins delay on an appointment visit to Doctor. Took appointment 1 week ago. Registered 15 min before appointment and waiting for doc. Has toooooo many patients. Why???? Why do you give appointments ??? if you people don’t know how to manage patients time. This is pathetically unprofessional poor managment.
