1 star because 0 isn't an option, I'm waiting to see another doctor because Dr.shukla basically called me crazy and did not seem to believe anything I was saying to him because he's "never heard of this before" mind you if I didn't have any problem I wouldn't be seeking medical help now would I...
The doctor here is honestly fantastic. He takes his time, listens carefully, explains everything in detail and you can tell he really cares. I have zero complaints about the medical side, he’s the reason I still come back. But every single visit I have to deal with the receptionist and it’s exhausting. She acts like being at the desk is the worst punishment ever: no smile, short answers, sighs when you ask a simple question, and she makes you feel like you’re bothering her by… existing? The doctor Shukla is so unconcerned about the issue. It feels like he wants to get rid of the line but not actually treating the patient with patience to solve their issue. Very bad experience and recommend to save your time by not going there.
Worst experience, they don’t even hear the patients out properly!
