Those who criticize the staff behind the counter are most likely not considering the patient's objectivity in all that ... Some are hurting , in pain from their ailment and wants attention right away. Just keep in mind that for most of us these services are FREE , even the medications are free ! I know a lady in the U.S. who had to pay 20 dollars (U.S) for a simple Tylenol tablet during a pregnancy in a U.S hospital and an american coworker who had to get a second mortgage to pay for his wife's cancer treatment . btw. Dr. Joshi was absolutely amazing, took lots of care in explaining what was happening to me, what causes it, and what progression/regression can look like, as well as explaining the steps if my condition improves or worsens. He was also very gentle with explaining how to take the medication after I’d informed him I’d never taken a medication that way before. The pharmacy was also great, and timely.
