I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic, specifically with a frontline staff member named Joe. She was rude, unprofessional, and seemed unsure of how to appropriately interact with clients and patients. She clearly needs further training on maintaining patience, calmness, and an appropriate tone when speaking with people who come to the clinic seeking help.
