The front desk staff at the clinic were very rude. I arrived an hour before closing time, yet they refused to accept any patients. This was a very disappointing experience, and my time was completely wasted.
“Enough is Enough” The front desk staff must be replaced. Their behaviour is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are not passing patient’s messages to the doctor. It is imperative that someone be made to understand that their salaries are funded by the public. They must prioritize helping the public rather than displaying a negative attitude. Bad service looooong time whating with kids sick !!!
Rushed from work, online says they close at 5 and it says the same thing on the doors. not even 4:30 yet and they locked the doors. What a waste of time.
