The staff of Windsor Management is responsive, friendly, and helpful. Today I called looking for a property management company for our condominium. I was able to speak with a real live person and she gave me an email address. Sally Krapf responded immediately. Unfortunately, they don't do residential properties. Ms. Krapf gave me the names of two companies. Later, I received a call from Tyler and he was friendly and helpful. What a terrific staff!
I want to share my sincere appreciation for my experience working with Paige from the property management team. She has been fantastic in supporting our business! We recently had an issue in our unit that was affecting our daily business operations, and Paige handled it very timely. As a resident abutting a property managed by Windsor, I can tell you they turn a deaf ear to concerns that I have to live with daily. The corner of the Virginia Hills Center behind my home is ignored and a dumping ground often times littered with dog poop bags , discarded furniture and landscaping that is non existent. Property owners, if you care about the residents near you, do NOT hire this company.
We had a very positive experience working with the Windsor team on the tenant improvements for our new office space. From start to finish, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism and organization, led by a strong and effective project manager, Kassandra, who kept everything on track.
