I have been a member for over 40 years and a former employee of almost 20 years. The employees are friendly and able to help with any of the services offered.
I moved out of the area and wish I can make a payment on my loan using my other Banks debit card but they don't have that option. If they did, I would totally recommend.
I have been here for several years and frankly, they have gone way down hill. Server errors ending up not putting customers direct deposit checks in on time, no apology, online banking down more than up, go to drive thru, no hi or can I help you, just bye at the end!! Over them!! You are not a credit union to be proud of anymore!!
I've been banking here for 9 years and I would not change for many years to come. Love it here.
I've had Webster,bank of America n a couple others the WLFCU is by far the best and the service is excellent!!!!! Would recommend you banking here as well!!
