The Limo service was excellent. The driver was very professional.
My experience with this limo company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, which is unfortunate given that many of their reviews are positive. We initially tried to book with Windsor Limo back in March for our July 2025 wedding. During that process, they requested my credit card information in order to put down a deposit, but no deposit was ever processed because the vehicle I wanted was already booked by someone else. Helped us in a time of need. Budget rental car broke down and they were gonna leave us on the side of the road. Windsor Limo and Airport Car Service sent one of their employees on her day off to come get us. Quick, friendly, and just glad to be there. Thank you guys for the help we would’ve been stranded in Canada.
