This is a great place to go for exercise. It is fun and they combine cardio and strength training. The instructors are great and will work with you if you need a little help. The age range of the members are 20s to 70s (I am 64). You will love Dolores, Amy, Vicki, and Shelly. Morning and evening classes, 7 days a week.
