Had a great experience with Kristy and her team. Everyone there was pleasant and easy to work with.
We went for a test drive in a Palisade today and were fortunate to have Amani Ubers as our Product Specialist. We were very impressed with her professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly approach. She made the entire experience enjoyable and informative.
I had a great experience at the dealership both times I went. The first time was for a prepurchase inspection and then safety. I called them and customer service was great. I worked with Mo and Tony. The manager Erin is also amazing and was very helpful both during my first and second visit. Great team in general.
Took my new car in for an oil change. When they topped of the fluids, the windshield washer motor was leaking. They quoted me $220.00 to replace it because it was damaged. I did not know how that could be damaged with no accidents. They looked again and the hose fell off. I started the car and I got a warning light, NO WASHER FLUID. Went back in, they brought the car back in a second time. Took something apart and more pieces apart to find that the hose was stretched over the nipple and would not stay.
