I had a deeply unpleasant experience at Windsor Hyundai. I came in after seeing an Instagram ad, but the transparency ended there. My salesperson, Terri, presented a quote loaded with $3,600 in "extras"—specifically $2,600 for paint protection and a $995 "Customer Care Package." When I asked for clarification, Terri was evasive.
