Brought my car in for a recall, everything was in brand new condition. Was told they wanted to show me something after it was fixed. The technician backed another car into mine out of pure carelessness. After being told they would “do anything they needed” to get it fixed it was a fight to get the car in on Monday to get it fixed. They have to give a loaner vehicle but apparently only have 2 loaners in rotation?? So I will be stuck with a vehicle significantly smaller than what I drive currently.
I purchased my 2022 Hyundai Kona from Kristy in September 2021. Windsor Hyundai at the time of purchase and throughout regular maintenance and minor repairs have been great. I’ve purchased two vehicles from Windsor Hyundai with the help of Hailee Root. Both times she has gone above and beyond to help me get what I need in a vehicle. Hailee is easy to get ahold of, pays attention to detail, and helped me with every step of the car buying process!
Horrible experience at service today Dropped off my car for service on monday around 8:20, had to go to work by 9 but shuttle arrived at 10:15. Shuttle car was very diry and smelled horrible also had no gas. The driver took us to gas station first, then start dropping off people. Which i noticed due to the smell and dirt in car im feeling sick. Had to call in at work and stay home all because I took my car for service at hyundai.
