Waited 1.5 hours for our evening meal to arrive & the salmon I ordered was raw in the centre. Bangers & Mash was served in a soup bowl! We were given a complimentary drink for the delay, but I only got arguments from the Duty Manager when we offered to pay 50% of bill. It wasn't worth that. We like to support towns as we travel but expect better treatment in return.

Had a bad experience here in the restaurant. Took the order and waited more than an hour, then I just left and told them to cancel the order. They didn’t inform me it would take a long time, it looks like this is just the normal for them

It’s an older-style motel, but very clean. We arrived around midnight, and they were very accommodating with the late check-in, which we really appreciated. The staff were kind and helpful over the phone as well. It was a very cold night, and unfortunately, the heater didn’t work very well — that was a bit disappointing. But the hot shower was a real lifesaver! Great value for the price — we’d recommend it.

We just had dinner here, but google is trying to get me to review the rooms. I'm sure they're great. The meal was excellent - big servings, good food. Good value

Terrible experience. Food was cold, steak was overcooked and meal took 2hrs to come out. Do yourself a favour and head to the Aussie or Queenslander instead.
