10/10 experience with these guys! The entire team including Brad and Aaron were so helpful with making a decision with what hot tub would be best for us. Aaron walked us through the models and was super knowledgeable about each one. The experience was very low pressure and every model was explained to great detail. after selecting our unit delivery and installation was so quick and easy, we received instructions on how to use the product and were told to not hesitate to contact them for help. delivery and set up went really ... read more
Moved into a new house with an old hot tub. Never had a hot tub before. Called up Windsor hot tub and they were here within 24 hours. They fixed the leaks, got me a new cover, fixed the side of the hot tub and got me setup with all the chemicals and were very helpful on showing me how to use them. I absolutely recommend them to anyone ! Thank you Brad and Dave !
Bought the S2000 Hot tub from here in June and we have been absolutely loving it. Brad, his son and his team were great since the moment we walked into their store, to delivering and set up, to even now if I have a question and I give Brad a text he answers my questions quickly and with amazing customer service. We were a little bit of a hike from their store and they still delivered to us and was very fast like under an hour and they walked me through how to use and maintain the hot tub very clearly.
