I ordered a Finnleo Sauna from The Windsor Hot Tub & Sauna Store and am very happy. Brad and the team were excellent in helping me select a Sauna that suited my needs and the delivery and installation was perfect. Would definately recommend them.

10/10 experience with these guys! The entire team including Brad and Aaron were so helpful with making a decision with what hot tub would be best for us. Aaron walked us through the models and was super knowledgeable about each one. The experience was very low pressure and every model was explained to great detail. after selecting our unit delivery and installation was so quick and easy, we received instructions on how to use the product and were told to not hesitate to contact them for help. delivery and set up went really ... read more
Moved into a new house with an old hot tub. Never had a hot tub before. Called up Windsor hot tub and they were here within 24 hours. They fixed the leaks, got me a new cover, fixed the side of the hot tub and got me setup with all the chemicals and were very helpful on showing me how to use them. I absolutely recommend them to anyone ! Thank you Brad and Dave !
