Highly reccomend. We had our hot tub installed in August with electrical hardwiring done by their recommended electrician. The workers were very polite, professional and did a great job. There was a slight problem with the fuse box the first night. We contacted Windsor Hot Tub & Sauna and they were out to our house the following morning, along with the electrician,to fix the issue right away. Tub is great and have been enjoying it since. Went to a so called hot tub expo in LaSalle. Pushy salesman tried to sell me a tub i had no interest in. Made my wife and I feel low because we wouldn’t buy his tub. Went to Windsor Hot Tub and Sauna and was wowed by a very professional and knowledgeable young man by the name of Aaron. Answered ever question and thought that my wife could throw at him. I ordered a Finnleo Sauna from The Windsor Hot Tub & Sauna Store and am very happy. Brad and the team were excellent in helping me select a Sauna that suited my needs and the delivery and installation was perfect. Would definately recommend them.
