Brad and his team were awesome to work with. I went in with no knowledge on a hot tub and Brad was able to guide me into the right direction. Hot tub was purchased and installed in less than a week. Install was clean and fast, was in the hot tub that same night. I would highly recommend everyone check this place out. 10/10!
The quick response of Brad was above and beyond. We were in need of a new hot tub cover and Brad not only had one in stock but delivered it the next day. He also helped to explain to me what was needed to correct my cloudy water issue. He has just gotten a new customer for life.
Just acquired a hot tub with a house move. The guys in the new Amherstburg store are really helpful, even came out to give us some advice. Will be buying the chemicals and supplies through them for sure. Highly recommend.
Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe our experience. Brad went out of his way to rush our hot tub because we told him our daughter was having a birthday party and we were really hoping to surprise her. Didn’t have one we wanted in stock, so he gave us his floor model (which he had just placed there in his brand new store). Delivery was quick and easy, took our old one away too.
