Absolutely unacceptable service from the service department at Windsor Honda. I had a 3:30 PM appointment to inspect a possible oil leak — an issue directly related to their previous service where they added dye. I called ahead to inform them I would be slightly late and arrived at 3:48 PM. Instead of showing any professionalism or customer consideration, they flatly refused to even look at the vehicle, claiming I was “20 minutes late” and they were too busy.
