Going to take off another star as this is one of the ONLY dealers around that does NOT offer any shuttle service when you bring your car in for repairs. Even a warranty repair!! I've been to tiny places that either give you a ride after dropping off your vehicle for service,or they at least call a free Uber for you. Very cheap of Windsor Honda. Very strange dealership,they advertise new vehicles in stock on their website, when you go there to look and test drive them,you find out they are not new cars...they are free employe... read more

Brought my son’s Honda Civic in on Feb. 19/25, for an intermittent non starting issue(he works 12 hour shifts at Children’s Hospital and not available during the dealerships operating hours so Dad gets to do it for him). Service Adviser stated a diagnostic check would be done to identify the problem. Asked if that included the starter which was the suspected issue and advised that it did.
