Service was outstanding. This dealership is customer focused and strives to make customer feel welcome. I was especially impressed with the sales consultant, Gerry DiCarlo. Windsor Honda offers a highly professional service. Upon our request, they provided us with a FR user manual as my husband and I are French. They took the time to research and found it. Yes I did.....and I read all the 1 star reviews too. There is nothing to discuss...offer shuttle service or pay for an Uber for people when they drop off their cars for repairs just like all the other dealers do. Some dealers now will even pick up your car and bring it back when service is completed. And some still offer loaner or courtesy vehicles for their customers,especially for warranty work.
