We bought our home in 2022, shortly after the COVID shortages and price hikes. I wish I can say "you get what you pay for", we got far less than expected unfortunately. Especially when the homes are now half a million dollars or more. Even factoring in equity to market adjustments, the quality of the house build is further extenuating the common phrase "builders quality". Great homes
They rush home building and made several mistakes building the house. How a inspector passes their homes is bizarre to me avoid them.
I am a realtor and this is undoubtedly one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with!!! My husband and I bought one of their homes because there were so little available on the market at the time. After you close on the home, you will never hear from them again… we’ve put in several warranty tickets as instructed and you never ever hear back from anyone. Buyer beware!!!
