Always super helpful, and they have that family atmosphere that the big box places don't. People actually know what they are talking about here and give honest advice. And the key cutter is old school. These ones work all the new space age computerized key cutters never work anywhere. Crappie tire, home depot all trash. Some things need to be done the old fashioned way which is exactly why I love my home hardware. Keep it vintage guys if it ain't broke don't fix it.
