I used to love this place.. lately not so much. My dad was hospitalized a month ago. Still can't get him in for an appointment. So frustrating 😞
I had an appointment with the doctor today for my annual heart check-up report. It was originally scheduled for three months ago, but the doctor had other commitments and rescheduled it for today. When I arrived at the appointment time, the receptionist told me I would have to wait 1 to 1.5 hours. When I asked why they hadn't notified me in advance, the receptionist became very angry and said, "I have a lot of things to do. If you have any complaints, talk to the doctor." The service was truly terrible.
