This review does not reflect Dr. Anchen. He has been kind and professional. This review is regarding one of his assistant’s who I spoke with on the phone about my upcoming appointment. This morning I received a reminder text message about an appointment scheduled next week at the Windsor Heart Institute which was confusing because my appointment was scheduled in July earlier in the day, not June in the afternoon. Don't expect to get in at your scheduled appointment time.. still not in 1.5hrs past appointment time. Waiting area after waiting area.
Just had my first ever nuclear stress test. Can't say thank you enough to the 3 girls who took care of me. (not sure of the spelling of each name but they were wonderful). They each took extra care to explain each procedure as the test progressed. And the coffee afterwards was a real treat. Kudos to these 3-thanks for your patience and extra care in making my experience very stress free!
