The doctor and their entire team are truly remarkable. They are consistently polite, positive, and professional in their approach.
Loved the doctor I saw, very thorough and professional and the 5 stars are for him ,but one of the nurses I had made a comment to me about my health,specifically an anxiety condition I suffer from,that I found to be both insensitive and , frankly ,sarcastic. This person seemed to be lacking in compassion and understanding ,and when dealing with patients who are in a very stressful situation ,and are very worried about their health, these sort of comments are neither warranted nor appreciated . The staff here are lovely, empathetic and incredibly helpful.
Very understanding comforting staff
I attended Windsor Heart on three occasions. I found the admin staff to be polite, attentive and efficient. I was treated respectfully by the ECG Nurse and Sonographer. Thank you Dr Chia and staff for your professional, attentive service and friendly interactions. I highly recommend Dr Chia and Windsor Heart.
