DO NOT leave your loved one here. The facility is awful. Long wait times for a CNA or nurse to come and attend patient. Items were lost and took forever to get a reimbursement for those items. If an accident happened they were not forthcoming about it. When we complained only then did they make some changes but the damage was done. There was a very kind nurse Katie and the PT staff were amazing but I know they are from a different company.

Obscenely understaffed. Patient wait times for help are far too long. My mom was not adequately supervised for her needs. Staff failed to contact family after two falls, the second of which, felt swept under the rug. Patients left waiting before and after meals with nothing do but sit for excruciating lengths of time. Some staff were caring, and attentive. Others less so. I was surprised to see that everyone was so helpful and so nice and understanding I felt comfortable and was treated very well. All of the staff were cordial and understanding to the pain I was in and the help that I needed it was a good experience and I would recommend Windsor to anyone that needed help like I did
