Obscenely understaffed. Patient wait times for help are far too long. My mom was not adequately supervised for her needs. Staff failed to contact family after two falls, the second of which, felt swept under the rug. Patients left waiting before and after meals with nothing do but sit for excruciating lengths of time. Some staff were caring, and attentive. Others less so. I was surprised to see that everyone was so helpful and so nice and understanding I felt comfortable and was treated very well. All of the staff were cordial and understanding to the pain I was in and the help that I needed it was a good experience and I would recommend Windsor to anyone that needed help like I did

Please do not send a person with dementia here. We found my mom had the same clothes on for 5 days straight, I found her in a soaked bed with nothing on but a shirt around the top of her torso. * She he had been trying to clean her bed since nobody checked in. Her call button was on the floor every time we visited because there was no place to hook it. The food was terrible and she was bored. The rest of my story is for another time 😞

I had a good stay. And the staff was wonderful to me, especially when I was in a dark place(mentally & emotionaly). I made some friends and enjoyed activities. I would recommend this place.
