Windsor gardens is not what it use to be. The entrance to Windsor Gardens needs improvement. After the statue was taken down. Nothing was done to rest of the structure. It's empty!! The Windsor Gardens sign is old and dirty needs attention!!!
They maintain the grounds good. They are good at snow removal. There are some areas in the court yards that could use better lighting at night. I put up battery powered motion activated lights outside on the side of my condo that was dark that lights things up. People complain about car break-ins. That's a risk you take parking outside. That's just a fact wherever you go not just Windsor Gardens. Putting a steering wheel club on it would greatly help and don't leave anything visible in it. DO NOT BUY/RENT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU GET A "LOSS ASSESSMENT DISCLOSURE" FROM YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT OR YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR HAIL DAMAGE THAT OCCURED IN MAY OF 2023 AS ALL OF US THAT PURCHASED AFTER THE HAIL STORM. THE HOA IS NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH THE PEOPLE THAT PURCHASED AFTER THE HAIL STORM. Tammy Tafoya in particular tho SHE WORKS FOR US is useless, rude and not very professional, absolutely no empathy for struggling elders that pay her salary.
They supposedly have insurance. They don't fix and maintain certain things like they should which is probably why they have issues involving insurance. They're to busy throwing money into things that aren't really necessary because they want it. I've heard multiple residents say they've ruined things that used to be nice. Don't even bother voting on anything here. They will make sure they get whatever they want one way or another. They have close to 14 million dollars in reserve.
