Such a nightmare to find a unit in this complex
I have owned a unit since 1999. I have had 3 tenants since i left in 2001. This is an older place (1973) of a wood frame and stucco structure - with near continuous work to maintain. All unit tenting in 2023 for termites. HOA board has been returned to a more collaborative group. HOA fees have increased due to required reserves and ongoing major works - hopes are we are at a stable level.
