I have definitely had my up’s and down’s with this place. When I first got here it was descent due to the circumstances that we had to deal with. But management (at the time) did their best to accommodate our needs. The maintenance and office team they have now are great, I hope they don’t change then anytime soon. The buildings are very old and are in need of upgrades/repairs. I do not think it’s worth paying over 1,200 a month, but it could be worse so I won’t complain lol. I was a resident here for almost 6 years, and I thoroughly enjoyed my residency. Neighbors in my area were friendly and considerate. Maintenance was always responsive and Debbie (office manager) is a true gem. She addressed all issues promptly. The recent upgrades to the property were appreciated as well
The best place I have ever been, place is peaceful , parking is great, no issues with anybody and people are kind.
My friend recently got a townhouse in at this complex. They worked with her due to her situation. The staff was very helpful and understanding. The townhouse is very nice and spacious.
