Dr Akram pays attention to the patient but I always have a hard time with the receptionist called Eileen as she does not listen properly. They also seem to not have any clinic manager as she is always unavailable!
I see Dr S. Akram and the staff are always very friendly and helpful at reception. He is consistently kind, empathetic, and patient, and really takes the time to listen. I always feel heard, supported, and well cared for, and leave feeling confident in the care I’ve received. One of the best doctors I’ve been to.
Great clinic. Very personal and professional. The Doctors are caring and so are the nurses and administrative staff. Definitely recommended.
Amazing 🤩 waiting for 15 minutes for GP vist, and then, one of the receptionist said "sorry, could you book for another day?" I left without GP check, though I was in need of medical treatment.
