About 8 years ago I was looking for new hearing aids and checking other locations who tried to sell the most expensive aids to me. I went and saw Danielle, who thoroughly checked my hearing. Most importantly she asked about my lifestyle and suggested aids that were appropriate to me, which were not the most expensive but turned out to be best suited to my severe hearing loss. Very professional and kind staff. Highly recommend this hearing center!
I went for my appointment 20 minutes earlier and waited for 45 minutes. The place was closed and no one turned up
Remarkable service and amazing atmosphere. Danielle was able to see me within an hour of requesting an urgent appointment. She explained all of the tools and equipment and each procedure before she performed it. The relief was immediate. I could not recommend Windsor Family Hearing enough! 10/10 A++++
My husband has received truly exceptional care from the audiologist/owner Danielle. She has exceptional knowledge of hearing issues, does not over treat or over prescribe and genuinely treats each issue with empathy, individuality and common sense. In fact, she postponed a follow up appointment we had booked, at no charge to us, rather than treating him unnecessarily!!! Incredible - can’t recommend her highly enough for professionalism, knowledge, and compassion.
