I have experienced two blood draws at this hospital's lab. Because my veins are not easily visible, it always takes several attempts. However, NAMIRA succeeded on the first try, kindly and professionally, truly without pain. For me, it was a special experience. I asked for her name to express my gratitude.
Dr. Malone is an outstanding family doctor. He always takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I get the right care and follow-up. His professionalism, kindness, and knowledge make a huge difference. I’m grateful to have him as my family doctor and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who truly puts patients first.
Just wasted my time driving here and they've closed early. Not impressed
I understand that nurses and administrators may feel entitled to conduct themselves in any manner they deem appropriate. Unfortunately, patients do not have the same luxury out if fire if getting fired at a time where doctors are few and far between. This is the third time my husband has been directed to attend the clinic, only to be told upon arrival that it was closed. Dr. DiBartolemeo and his staff are fantastic. They offer day and afternoon clinic hours with minimal wait times.
