house sitting for my parents, and this is a great community. I love it so far, great for walking the pups. Everyone here is so welcoming! maintenance guy Johnathan is awesome very attentive and helpful. But parking does seem to be a big issue for some people
Parking permits are the worst here expect getting towed for no reason
Living here is awful, the management is terrible. The women, who now make up a large part of the administration, along with their dog, are terrible. She just wants to fine you for anything. It's the condominium with the most fines: fines for dogs, for cars, for parking, for children, for the pool, for taking a wrong step. It's terrible living here.
So it’s ok but But I’m constantly being targeted by the management and owners on the property over parking spaces you units with only one car in their driveway and they are allowed to park in guess they have all these rules but only applies to who they want it to apply which is bs
