Beware!!! Karen and Karen also known as Rita and Amanda will get your car towed within an hour without warning. Management and HOA board seems to have no control over the "parking committee". Way way better places to buy or rent in Jacksonville, avoid at all costs! If I could leave negative stars, I would.
Believe all of the negative reviews. Nothing has changed about this place for years. You won't have peace of mind. You'll fight with Karen's constantly and always be worried of getting towed or fined for something. Find somewhere better
About 5 years ago I owned a condo in Windsor falls and moved from there back into a single family home. When I decided to move back to a condo from that single family home, I chose Windsor falls again. Windsor falls is a very nice community with adequate amenities. One of the things that people overlook is the fact that the HOA includes high-speed internet, cable TV and monitored security. This is a horrible community to live in. If you want visitors to feel welcomed, you better make sure they have a customized parking pass for their exact vehicle or they will tow your visitor within an hour of parking. They have residents who are like hit men who spend their spare time locating vehicles that are missing parking passes so they can get them towed as quick as possible.
