You better have cash, because they don't want to sell you a trailer with 20,000 down. they want to rent it to you for 1000.00 a month. they are in with the finale company, I have over 700 on my credit and got turned down. went to my credit union and got approved for 70,000. they sold the trailer out from under us. if I could give them lower then 1 star I would! it's all a big scam over there
MAKE SURE ANY HOME YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING IN HERE YOU HAVE INSPECTED BY AN OUTSIDE COMPANY. I KNOW DANKO DOES THEM. I GOT BURNED BAD TO THE TUNE OF 6-7K DOLLARS WORTH. BAD BAD ROOF THAT HAD BEEN THIS WAY FOR A VERY LONG TIME. STARTED LEAKING 4 MONTHS AFTER MOVING IN. LEAK IN SUNROOM WINDOW THAT WAS COVERED UP WITH A BAMBOO SHADE THAT WAS COVERED IN MOLD.
