You better have cash, because they don't want to sell you a trailer with 20,000 down. they want to rent it to you for 1000.00 a month. they are in with the finale company, I have over 700 on my credit and got turned down. went to my credit union and got approved for 70,000. they sold the trailer out from under us. if I could give them lower then 1 star I would! it's all a big scam over there
MAKE SURE ANY HOME YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING IN HERE YOU HAVE INSPECTED BY AN OUTSIDE COMPANY. I KNOW DANKO DOES THEM. I GOT BURNED BAD TO THE TUNE OF 6-7K DOLLARS WORTH. BAD BAD ROOF THAT HAD BEEN THIS WAY FOR A VERY LONG TIME. STARTED LEAKING 4 MONTHS AFTER MOVING IN. LEAK IN SUNROOM WINDOW THAT WAS COVERED UP WITH A BAMBOO SHADE THAT WAS COVERED IN MOLD. i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseIt's quiet. It's neat. But management will harass you, neighbors will nose into your business (old bitties with nothing better to do), and manager chases the police/ambulance into the park to find out the scoop invading YOUR privacy. RUN.
This place is a DUMP these days. I remember it was a beautiful and quiet senior park where I wanted to retire but now its full of kids on skateboards and bikes and animals going bathroom everywhere and it is gone to the dogs and cats and filthy people Trash in the yards, long grass yards, busted driveways, junk cars, and drunks trying to walk around with beer in their hand is what they have now = we saw it.
