I had my first visit with Dr. Stephanie today, and I felt truly cared for. She listened carefully and took the time to ask about my dad after I shared it was the one-year anniversary of his passing. That thoughtful attention really meant a lot to me. The care was free of cost and much more compassionate than other places I’ve been to that charge fees but don’t treat people as well. dr Brittan is by far the best doctor ive ever met
Dr. Britten is AMAZING. The secretaries are not great, always gossiping and wait to acknowledge patients until they are done personal conversations, especially the younger one is quite rude. The music is also very anxiety-inducing. This place has helped me through a lot, but for a mental health facility they should be more aware and considerate of their vulnerable clients. Again, the doctors and nurses are great, but the secretarial staff is not a good reflection of the THC's great service
