I felt judged and dismissed with my new NP as she extremely downplayed my mental health issues solely because I was "well dressed, on time, and advocating for myself". I am impacted by my health but a stranger is able to determine otherwise within a 15 minute appointment. Dr. State is an excellent physician and a caring person .
I would give this clinic minus 5 stars if that were possible. After LaSalle Police advised me to install video cameras to cut down the mischief of rock and salt throwing at my windows and trespassers armed with knives, two clients of the Windsor-Essex County Health Centre (Sandwich site)—one of whom is a tenant attendant for a Windsor-Essex Community Housing Corporation property—have walked past my cameras over 210 times - 3 times right outside my window during this years 8 day Hannukah celebration. They lose medical records frequently. Can't even call and get a hold of anybody now.
Dr State is the is very excellent doctor. If he is unsure of any medical issue he will NOT hesitate to send you where you need to be not many doctors will provide that type of care. I have had many surgeries and he always takes good care of me. He has to travel to get to his office every day. I truly hope we never lose him. It would be a great loss for Windsor.
