Absolutely love my nurse practitioner but I am regularly left with a bad taste in my mouth after phone calls from the receptionist. She has an incredibly rude tone of voice and sounds offended when I told her my son no longer required 2 month shots to be done by them as he obtained a pediatrician. Worst clinic we have in Windsor. It takes months to make an appointment and when they make a mistake on their scheduling all you get is"sorry can't have you come in even though we screw up".
