Finally got in through the waitlist through the government. I was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the health unit on the 4th floor. The front desk staff do a good job of follow up calls and reminders/pleasant as well. Dr. Vanessa Demelo was not only super thorough with my introductory visit, but was very compassionate and understanding while learning about my health history. Overcrowded, not very clean. Didn't find the doctor to be very helpful, in and out within 2 mins of seeing my son.
I did get help and such a great attitude and service. Thank you so much!
