The staff are kind and helpful.
Useless
Horrible organization. Approve adults who don’t have custody of their children, with drug, alcohol and mental health problems, to have over night, unsupervised visits with small children, who have no way to contact anyone for help. They continue to “approve” the other parent that there are “no concerns” with them or their residence, but the same incident happens over and over. How is that “protecting” children? "Oh, your friends being abused, let me tell the abuser that" Ridiculous. I called in hopes for confidentiality and safety. Instead, my friend is still at that home being abused. Why would you call their abuser? Seriously. I'm solely impressed with their communication with me, but that is all. Do better.
