My mother passed away unexpectedly the day before my daughter’s initial appointment with Dr Tietze. My husband called and left a voicemail advising that we would have to cancel our appointment and were advised unless we pay a missed appointment fee we would not be seen by her. Terrible office and lack of empathy. I will not step foot in this office after hearing this news.
I am calling and calling and calling and no answer. I got in January an appointment booked all the way in October....
I’m confused some say she’s amazing some say she’s the worst. My seven year-old has a referral coming up to see her. I’m really skeptical from all the reviews.
Dr. Tietze and the ENT team provided exceptional care for my father. They were compassionate, attentive, and thorough throughout the entire process. Dr. Tietze performed his surgery with great skill, and we are truly grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown every step of the way.
