Had an unfortunate incident on a Friday evening with an earplug breaking off in my ear canal. Went to Leamington emergency and the staff did d a great job in easing the pain and said they needed to refer me to an ENT. got a call early Monday morning to come in that afternoon. Dr Tiezte removed the remaining piece in under a minute. Staff was very accommodating. Grateful for the quick and gentle care.

Don't tap reception window but you don't know if someone saw you or not.... BUT DON'T TAP THE FRONT DESK WINDOW 🤔👀
Dr.Tietze is very professional and explained my conductive hearing loss well and thoroughly, made my first visit this morning efficient and she is very friendly and loved her cheerful personality
