Edit to reply: I’m not sure how I could be misinformed on my personal experience with your company. I called and left my information for them to call me back but, once again, they weren’t in office and haven’t contacted me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only did they take my mother to the wrong location after I confirmed the address with them, they have blamed the CFO not coming in to sign checks for not giving me a refund for canceled rides. Super friendly staff I have been calling them often to get appointments for my sister Jeolina and they are always friendly and willing to help me schedule an ambulance. They are always on time and they help us find the doctors office. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much. Also the lady that answers the phone to schedule ambulance service Cristina is very helpful and courteous every time I need to schedule an appointment. Thank you again
