Transported my mother some time ago from Methodist Clear Lake going back home. First the 2 guys smelled like smoke. Nasty. One of them looked like he just woke up. On their phones the entire time. Might have said 10 words to us. Moved my mother like a bag of potatoes. She only weighs 91lbs. I didnt get that. It was terrible, over all. The ambulance to the hospital was even worse.
