Mike was amazing. He came when we had other plumbers check out our issue and couldn't solve the problem. Mike came in for a fraction of the price and FIXED it same day. Very happy with their customer service.

Tim is absolutely unprofessional. He does not drain the toilet before removing it to work on it. Has been to my place 5 times in 3 months. He has a contract with my building. He doesn't fix the problem . He said the problem was with the wax seal he took it off and then forgot to replace it causing more of a problem. He emptied the toilet which backed up for my neighbors toilet into the bathtub. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional.
